PLEASE READ THROUGHLY ALL TERMS
JULY 1,2009 everyone 20 of age and under must have a Boat Safety Card in order to drive a PWC in VA.

Reservations will be made with a $50.00 deposit on your cerdit card.

FIRST FULL TANK of GAS included in rental.

Reservations are Strongly Encouraged

Check In 30 Minutes Prior to Reserved Time for Mandatory Safety and Operation Orientation

Reservation Cancellations Must be 24 Hours Prior to Rental Time to Avoid "No Show" Loss of Deposit

Rental Requirements: Age 21+, Drivers License & Valid Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, or Discover)

Rentals Include: Life Vests, Safety Equipment and Dock Lines

Senior Discount on Thursdays or 10% off, age 55 and above.

Customer is Responsible for Any and All Damage to the Watercraft, Prop and Equipment (either lost or broken)

All Children's feet must reach the foot well of the PWC / Waverunner.

Due to Insurance Restrictions, NO "Under Way" Water Sports such as Tubing, Skiing, Wake Boarding or Knee Boarding is Allowed NO EXCEPTIONS!

NO Alcohol May Be Consumed by Watercraft Operator(s) Under any Circumstances During Rental

Watercraft Operators MUST Comply with all Virginia Boating Regulations!

Failure to Observe All Virginia Boating Laws, Regulations, Warning Buoys and First Mates' Rules and Operating Restrictions Will Result in the Immediate Termination of Rental Contract Without Refund
